✓ Check the correct tightening of the mounting bolts in the running wheels.

✓ Couple the trailer to the car according to the instructions.

✓ Apply the trailer parking brake (if it has one) and check for proper operation.

✓ Connect the electrical system to the tow vehicle and check for proper operation.

✓ Check the tightness of the plumbing system (if it has one).

✓ All wheel fasteners, overrun devices, axles and drawbar fasteners except for the M20x1.5 nut bolting the hub should be inspected and tightened if necessary.
